Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I am doing a charity walk in September to raise money for Bristol After stroke. I have chosen this charity because they helped me change my life around after a stroke and I would like to give back to them.

I had a stroke in April 2023 and was diagnosed with FND following it. This put me into a deep depression but with the help of Bristol After stroke and their walking netball team (who I now volunteer with!) I am starting to feel more positive again. It has turned my life around and given me a lot of new friends and confidence!
