As some of you may know, my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and mixed Dementia a few years back. I honestly believe he's still alive because of my amazing mums tenacity, and his stubbornness. I have no idea whether we will find a cure during his lifetime, but with research and care we can help make every Dementia patients life that little bit more comfortable.

Dementia UK are a specialist dementia nursing charity that are available for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.
