I try and give blood as often as I can and I wanted to use the GSR to help a charity related to giving blood.

This year, I’m proud to be taking on the Great South Run in support of Leukaemia Care, a charity that provides vital support to those affected by blood cancer. Every step I run is dedicated to the individuals and families facing the daily challenges of a leukaemia diagnosis.
