On 25th June 2023, we will be hosting a Mental Meet and Lift!.

The concept of the event is to bring like minded people together in order to raise awareness for mental health, and do so whilst encouraging people to get active.

Our aim was to raise £1000 through entrance fees alone and we did just that.

Now our aim is to hit £1000 in charitable donations. Bringing our 2023 total to a whopping £2000.
