A small group of runners from Dorset Doddlers running club will be attempting the 3 peak challenge on 15 July. We will be climbing the 3 highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in under 24 hrs, that is a total distance on foot of 23 miles and over 3408m of climbing, as well as 450 miles(10hrs) of driving.

We would like to raise money for a local charity , Dorset Mind.

Dorset Mind charity educates, challenges mental health stigma and inequality, and encourages recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience. 

Their 1-2-1 & group support includes counselling, mentoring, support groups, active monitoring and a befriending service. These help people regain social skills and develop confidence. 

The charity also delivers educational wellbeing programmes for schools and workplaces and provide volunteer opportunities across all areas of the organisation.
