Story

I am taking part in (A Little Less) Strictly Come Dancing to help raise funds for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. I've been partnered with a professional dancer and over the next few months will be learning a routine which I'll then perform in front of hundreds of people at the Hilton Glasgow on Saturday 16th March 2024.

As part of my commitment to the hospice, I have pledged to raise a minimum of £3,000 in sponsorship to support patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

This is a yearly event which I have attended for many years, but this year is much more special, as sadly my husband Peter passed away in the hospice in September 2023. For those of you that knew Peter you knew his passion and love of life and one thing he ALWAYS wanted me to take part in was this event (he himself danced in it in 2020 and was runner up 🫣) so i am blaming him for this but secretly excited. This year will mean even more to Team Gough as we have experienced first hand the AMAZING care that the hospice provides andWe are aiming HIGH for our total, Peter used to say “Go big or home” and we are going to do everything to reach our total of £25,000 we have 3 months ….. let’s do this 🧡🧡🧡💪🏻

Thank you for your support it means so much.
