As we approach World Homeless Day, we are preparing to embark on a sponsored evening walk through the urban areas of Milton Keynes. This walk is not just a physical challenge, but a symbolic journey to shed light on the arduous lengths that individuals experiencing homelessness endure in their quest for support and a safe place to spend the night. On the evening of October 10, 2024, we will traverse nearly 4 miles under the veil of dark autumn conditions, relying solely on our own navigation skills and determination to reach my destination. The funds raised from this event will directly benefit UnityMK's crucial initiatives in the Milton Keynes community, providing vital support to those facing crisis situations or homelessness. Join us in making a difference by supporting the 'Walk For UnityMK 2024' and contributing towards our target amount of £100. Together, let's illuminate hope and resilience in the lives of those who need it most.
