We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

I lost my Dad in 2019 which is sad in itself. What hurts the most was seeing him lose his battle against Parkinson’s Disease.

He was diagnosed with the disease in 2009 and he fought as hard as he could against it, living his life to the full but eventually his condition worsened.

The last year or so was heartbreaking; to see a man of great stature, energy, life and laughter slowly slip away as this cruel degenerative disease took hold. Anyone who has unfortunately seen a loved suffer from Parkinson's will know what I mean.

Since he passed away in 2019, I have been fundraising for Parkinson’s UK and so far have raised £5, 423

In 2024 I am aiming to raise at least £2, 000 and take the overall total to over £7, 000

Whatever you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
