Story
On Sunday, 16th June 2024, I will be embarking on a thrilling abseil from none other than the iconic Forth Bridge – Scotland's Best Loved Landmark and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. But this adventure isn't just about the adrenaline rush; it's about making a real difference in the lives of those affected by chest, heart, and stroke conditions in Scotland.
I have chosen to dedicate this endeavour to the memory of my cherished Gran, who lived with atrial fibrillation for over a decade. Additionally, it's a tribute to my Grandad, who, despite enduring several strokes, has shown remarkable resilience and continues to enjoy gardening, playing dominoes, and spending time with my Dalmatians.

All funds raised from this abseil will be donated to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. This incredible organisation is dedicated to ensuring that there is No Life Half Lived in Scotland. With your generous support, they can help individuals with chest, heart, and stroke conditions, as well as those affected by Long Covid, not only survive but truly thrive.
Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland's "No Life Half Lived" strategy resonates deeply with me. They believe that every person living with these conditions deserves access to quality supported self-management and community recovery. By supporting their vision, you can help shape a Scotland where everyone can live their lives to the fullest, with the right support, at the right time, and in the right place.
I humbly ask for your support in this endeavour. Whether it's through a donation, sharing this cause with your network, or sending words of encouragement, every contribution makes a meaningful impact. Together, we can ensure that every penny raised goes towards helping someone in Scotland do more than just survive when they return home from the hospital with a chest, heart, or stroke condition.
Please know that no donation is too small, and your support means the world to me. Let's come together and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Thank you for considering my cause and for your unwavering support.
