Having been party of the life-saving team at Essex and Herts Air Ambulance I know how important the work that team undertake is.

Our aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

We truly are a life-saving Charity kept airborne thanks to everyone who plays our lottery, makes a donation, enjoys our events, fundraises and volunteers in aid of the Charity.

I will be running the London Marathon in 2024 in a yet to be decided fancy dress costume!
