Cardiac arrests are the most serious life-threatening calls our ambulance service receives and yet despite mechanical devices available to deliver CPR our crews are often left with no option but to deliver manual CPR, often for long periods of time.

Story

I am supporting South Central Ambulance Charity this Christmas so they can help save even more lives in our communities. Too few people survive out of hospital cardiac arrest because when seconds count there isn't always someone there willing to help. Can you help me to help them and raise funds to much needed equipment that can save lives? Thank you.

About the charity

We support the ambulance service in Berks, Bucks, Oxon & Hants. We are raising funds: to train & equip our volunteers; to train & equip communities to save lives & to enable the ambulance service to develop & enhance the care it gives. All our funds go to things over & above what the NHS funds.
