To all my friends,

I am fundraising for Maggie's Swansea Cancer Centre by entering both the Swansea Half Marathon on 11 Jun 23 and the Swansea Ironman 70.3 on 16 Jul 23, with the aim to survive!

Maggie's is an excellent cause which is close to my heart with the support they have provided Gill and myself in the past.
