Over half of UK species have declined since 1970, while more than one in ten are under threat and at risk of disappearing altogether. This is why I am raising funds for the Somerset Wildlife Trust, a cause that is close to my heart. By participating in the 'Abseil for Wildlife!' event on May 18, 2024, I hope to make a difference in preserving our precious wildlife.

The Somerset Wildlife Trust has been working tirelessly to reverse the decline of species in our region. They have achieved remarkable conservation success stories in Somerset, but there is still so much more to be done. With your support, we can help the Trust continue their vital work and build on their achievements.

Years ago, I used to enjoy climbing up and abseiling down. While I may not be able to climb up anymore, I can still contribute by starting at the top and abseiling down for a good cause.
