Welcome to the Bike 100 Miles in June Challenge for the American Heart Association! You are joining the American Heart Association, a registered 501(c)(3) dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke while helping families and communities thrive.

Story

This cause is deeply personal because I lost a dear friend, Sang Ong, to a heart attack while he was on a bicycle ride at the age of 51.

Join me and his long-time friends on June 8th for a 100-mile journey in support of the American Heart Association's mission for longer, healthier lives.
