Fundraising for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association
Help Us Reach Our Goal of £2350!
About Me:
Hello! My name is David, and I am from Forfar, the wonderful town that proudly hosts one of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association's centre's. Growing up, I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer alongside my auntie, who dedicated 40 years of her life to this amazing organisation. These experiences ignited a lifelong passion in me to support and advocate for the incredible work done by the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
Why This Cause Matters:
The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association plays a crucial role in empowering visually impaired individuals by providing them with trained guide dogs. These dogs offer more than just mobility; they provide companionship, independence, and a better quality of life.
Our Goal:
We are aiming to raise £2350 to support the training and care of these incredible guide dogs. Every pound raised will go directly towards:
Training new guide dogs
Veterinary care and health checks
Food and supplies
Support services for guide dog owners
