Story
I am the person I am because of how Sigma Nu helped me develop as as an individual and leader. Today, Sigma Nu is asking alumni and friends to come together to invest in the LEAD Program, Sigma Nu's four-year leadership development program.
You know how much the LEAD Program means to me. I've been involved with the program for more than 20 years and have facilitated more than 500 sessions.
As an alumni advisor, I saw firsthand, the impact that the LEAD Program made on collegiate brothers. The growth from when brothers joined as freshmen to when they graduated was amazing. LEAD has the capacity to help brothers grow, develop their self-awareness and become the person they want to be. The quote below is my favorite quote about LEAD from a collegiate brother.
