For the past 10 years our Daughter Emily has been at The David Lewis Centre a Charitable Organisation that supports young people and adults with Epilepsy and Complex Health Needs.

Originally Emily attended residential college but for the last couple of years it’s been her home as an Adult Residential placement.

Emily has Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) it is a severe rare form of Epilepsy that typically becomes apparent during infancy or early childhood. Emily also had West syndrome as a baby.

In the years Emily has been at David Lewis she has had many health challenges and with the support of David Lewis both she and ourselves as parents have had guidance and support in ways we could never had imagined.

Emily’s strength and determination sometimes puts us to shame so we wanted to give something back to David Lewis and show the same strength and determination as Emily has.

To do this, the opportunity has arisen to jump out of a plane and try to raise as much cash as possible for The David Lewis Centre. This was something we could not ignore.
