On April 18th and 19th, I’ll be cycling 120 miles from the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth to the 'Theatre of Dreams' that is Selhurst Park, the home of Crystal Palace FC to raise vital funds for the 'Palace for Life Foundation'!

Originally from Croydon, I know that growing up in South London has never been tougher but through the work of Palace for Life we have the opportunity to drive positive change.
