We exist to help & support people with PKU to promote care & treatment of PKU

Story

My youngest grandchild Lewis was born with Phenylketonuria (PKU), a rare metabolic disorder. People with PKU cannot break down phenylalanine, an amino acid found in protein. This means he is on a strict low protein diet, and can only eat food largely prescribed by expert dieticians.

To support The National Society for Phenylketonuria (NSPKU), the only UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with PKU, Lewis' grandparents, parents, siblings, uncle, aunt and cousins will join Lewis in a fundraising treasure hunt through the villages of Corbridge and Riding Mill, kindly organised by Chris and Elaine Goy.

Money raised will go towards improving and advancing the treatment for those living with PKU.
