The Three Capitals Challenge for the NCP

The Three Capitals Challenge
I am running in three capital cities to raise money for the Northfield Community Partnership. First is the Paris Half Marathon on 9th March, then the London Marathon on 27th April, and finally the Edinburgh Marathon on the 25th May, for a total of 66 miles.
The Northfield Community Partnership is an incredible organisation that delivers a vital range of services in Northfield, working with over 10,000 people per year. They offer benefit advice, a foodbank and employment support, as well as supporting local community organisations. The foodbank provides around 60,000 meals a year and supports around 3,000 families. Each year they run a beach family event for the community and they have projects such as the Bridgebuilders, the Neighbourhood Network Scheme, and Digital Literacy programmes.
I have been volunteering for them as a Bridgebuilder for 18 months. Bridgebuilders help socially isolated adults aged 18-49 in the Northfield area, through befriending, to build confidence, positive wellbeing and self-esteem. I have found the work incredibly rewarding and, while challenging at times, it has been an amazing journey and transformed my opinion of the local area and community, and opened my eyes to how many wonderful people there are out there.
You can't change the world, but you can change someone's world. If you're able to spare any pennies it would be a massive help. Thank you.
