David's fundraiser for North West Air Ambulance on behalf of Sandbach RUFC

Liverpool Half Marathon · 23 March 2025 ·
This year, I'm running the Liverpool Half Marathon on behalf of Sandbach RUFC to raise money for the North West Air Ambulance Charity. During my thirteen years at Sandbach RUFC, we've been fortunate to have the support of North West Air Ambulance for our players on many occasions.
The North West Air Ambulance Charity’s helicopters and critical care vehicles operate 365 days a year. Since its launch in 1999, the North West Air Ambulance Charity has been called to over 45,000 missions across the region, an average of around seven times a day.
The charity is not part of the NHS and doesn’t receive any government funding. They rely completely on public and corporate donations to carry on saving lives. The North West Air Ambulance Charity must raise over £18 million every year to continue its lifesaving service going.
If you can support me, then I'd be really grateful! Having do the distance in my training run this week, I can promise you that I will suffer for the cash 😬
