I am taking on the St Nicholas Hospice Care 10k Run challenge, and raising money for this vital charity so they can continue to provide palliative care and support throughout the West Suffolk and Thetford community.

I had a heart atttaack in 2021 so this is part of my recuperation. My mother also had long term illness and Hospice care is just right for cases like hers.
