We Provide mental health advice and support to empower people in our local area.

Story

Throughout 2023 we are raising money for Swindon and Gloucester Mind!

At least 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year with 1 in 6 people reporting experiencing a common mental health problem such as anxiety and depression in any given week.

Mental health can affect anyone and there are so many causes including financial wellbeing.
