I am raising money for Marie Curie who help people get the best care possible, towards the end of their life. 1 in 4 people do not get the end of life care and support they need: that is 150,000 people every year across the UK.

For many people, being able to remain in their home as they approach the end of their life is incredibly important. That is why I'm setting my fundraising target to be £207 - the amount needed to fund overnight nursing care in a patient's home.

My fundraiser is the Dartmoor, 13 Tor challenge.
