Story

We are taking part in the Duchenne Dash - Duchenne UK's signature fundraising event, that challenges cyclists to ride 300km from London to Paris in 24 hours.

All money raised from the Duchenne Dash funds vital research and accelerates the development of treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a devastating muscle-wasting disease diagnosed in childhood.

Nearly two years ago our amazing boy, Luca, now 8yrs old, was diagnosed with Duchenne. We are cycling to Paris for Luca and the other (predominantly) boys and families that have their lives changed overnight and are living with this devastating condition. 100 boys per year in the UK alone are born with DMD (20,000 globally) and although medical advancement is positive there is still no cure and Duchenne remains the largest fatal genetic disorder in children worldwide.

Please donate and together, we will end Duchenne.
