Story
I’m running the Great North Run in aid of the Alice Ruggles Trust, Alice Ruggles was my niece, she was murdered by a stalker in 2016. My aim is simple; to remember Alice and raise awareness & money so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
This year is different for me, I’ve been seriously ill with a chronic disease, so the run isn’t going to be as straight forward as it would have been. Thankfully the illness is now behind me but rebuilding my flexibility, strength and endurance is taking time.
I appreciate I’ve asked many of you for your support multiple times but be assured I’m very grateful for your donation, and the trust relies on donations like this to do its amazing work.
Here is a summary of how the Alice Ruggles Trusts has used your donations in the past, be assured every penny counts towards the goal.

Your support helps us continue our vital work to prevent stalking and protect victims. Together, we can make a difference.
For those wondering what chronic disease I contracted. Let’s just say I had an adverse response to a vaccination which triggered inflammatory arthritis & the drugs to remediate this made me suicidal. I stopped taking the drugs, focused on rebuilding my immune system through diet (no processed food), microbiome (fermented food & drink), intermittent fasting, exercise & cold-water swimming. The Head of Rheumatology at Oswestry Hospital has discharged me & believes this should not return.
Thanks for visiting my page & please consider sponsoring the Alice Ruggles Trust, no matter how small every penny counts.
