We provide nursing & end of life care to local children

Story

On St David's Day in 2022, a team of 28 Welsh streamers came together to raise over £5000 for Ty Gobaith/Hope House.

Last year we did it all over again and 57 Welsh streamers raised over £10,000 for Ty Gobaith!

This year we're going even bigger and better!

So far over 55 streamers are signed up for event, and we're doing it over TWO days for the first time ever!

Dathlu Twitch Cymru will take place on Friday 1st March and Saturday 2nd March!

All in aid of supporting children with life threatening illnesses and their families throughout Wales.

- Welsh streamers

- Welsh charity

- Fundaraising on the National Day of Wales.

We’re here to ensure that children with life-threatening conditions enjoy the best quality of life, together with their families. We provide specialist care and bereavement support, when and where they need it, and work to ensure that no one faces the death of a child alone.
