This will be the 5th year since Helen was cared for by Nightingale House Hospice in the last few weeks of her life at the end of 2019. I'm so grateful for the care she was given and for the support my girls and I have received through the hospice.

The Alps Trek will be my 2nd fundraising challenge, after doing the Inca Trail in Peru 2 years ago. We will we covering the same sort of distance in the Alps in 3 days as we did on the Ince Trail in 4 days! (And with lots of ascending and descending along the way!) I'm looking forward to joining with another group of people, all supporting this important cause, and hoping to raise vital funds for the hospice and their vital work.

Please be as generous as you can as I seek to bring the total funds raised in Helen's name to over the £10,000 mark by the end of the year!

I'm delighted that my older brother is also joining me on this trek to help boost our fundraising efforts!
