Our iconic five-day bike ride will mark the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings and remember the sacrifices made by brave servicemen and women.

Story

Every day, men and women have to leave their career in the Armed Forces as a result of physical or psychological wounds.

This incredible annual event raises around £250k annually towards ex-service men and women's rehabilitation and support.

Your fundraising helps them recover and get on with their lives. So far we've supported more than 25,000 people and won’t stop until every veteran gets the support they deserve.

After taking part last year, I've decided to do it all again. This time the ride will be going from Normandy into Paris, covering over 250 miles in 4 days as part of the 80 year celebration of the liberation of Paris. To go I have to raise at least £3k.

I'll be cycling with friends from Eastleigh Cycling Group, fundraising with local collections.

I'll also be doing a BIG CHALLENGE. Last year I did a 24 indoor bike ride. This year I'll be cycling to work. Sounds simple, but I live in Southampton and my H/O is in Birmingham.

THAT'S 140 MILES EACH WAY which I'll do over 3 days (day each way and rest in between).

Any donations are greatly received, however small. Please spare what you can and help support this great charity and the work they carry out.
