Journey with us on the Camino Frances from Sarria to Santiago, the last 100km and most popular Camino de Santiago stage. Meet fellow pilgrims, discover local traditions, and enjoy the unique atmosphere all while raising funds for Beaumont Hospital.

Story

Danny Gallagher here and I'm on a mission to raise funds for the fantastic Beaumont Hospital Foundation by taking part in their Camino Challenge 2023.

The Beaumont Hospital Foundation seek funds to finance patient care initiatives provided by the dedicated staff at Beaumont Hospital, in Dublin, for emergency and acute care for severe or urgent medical conditions.

Many of us have friends or family that the Beaumont has assisted at some point. With your help, we can make a difference in the lives of countless future patients and their families.

To get the donations flowing, I am joining the Beaumont Hospital Foundation from 17th – 24th September on their Camino Challenge 2023.

This 100km section of the popular pilgrim Camino de Santiago trail – Camino Frances – will take us from Sarria to Santiago, walking between 14 and 23km each day, before attending the spectacle of the Pilgrim’s Mass at the Cathedral of St James.

Please join me in supporting the essential, urgent and life-saving work at the Beaumont Hospital Foundation and donate what you can. Your support will help ensure that patients continue to have access to the very best facilities, services and equipment when they need it most.

To donate please click the button below and be sure to leave me a message to boost me on when my feet get tired!
