I have been passionate about conservation ever since I was a child. I grew up in South Africa, where rhinos are a national symbol. I have seen firsthand the devastating effects of rhino poaching. In recent years, the number of rhinos killed for their horns has skyrocketed. In 2022, over 1,000 rhinos were poached in South Africa alone.

I believe that we must do everything we can to save rhinos from extinction. That's why I am running the Great North Run in a rhino costume. I want to raise awareness of the rhino poaching crisis and raise funds for organizations that are working to protect rhinos.
