This year it’s the Regional Directors turn to create amazing dishes for the judges.

We are going head to head with other Divisions in the The Barchester Family RD’s Charity Cook Off. The charity cook-off will develop awareness of our community within all our Barchester homes; it will promote togetherness and a positive environment across all divisions. We will be demonstrating our culinary skills and using this time to bond with our colleagues outside of the typical job environment.

The purpose of this cook-off is to encourage collaboration, teamwork, creativity, and healthy competition in addition to fundraising. Overall, it will demonstrate the commitment and values of Barchester Healthcare's Celebrate Life.
