I have decided to do something for charity each year, and this year I have decided to take on the South Coast Challenge, half marathon!

Yep after the last one I really never thought I'd do it again, but this time il prep properly!

This is as always in the name of my Dad! But this time it's in memory of him as he passed on 5th November 2023 taken far too soon at 63 from Prostate Cancer.

I've done events for different charities surrounding dad's diagnosis but the people who deserve it most are St Raphaels so they will be my chosen charity from now on! They are honestly the biggest support and they made a huge difference to our journey in Dads last few weeks, as did the community nurses.

So anything you could donate would be hugely appreciated as always!
