We provide emotional and wellbeing support to children in Essex and East London

Story

Dear all,

I am excited to share that on the 28th September 2024, I will be participating in a tandem skydive in Maidstone with Skyline Events, all in support of charity. For this jump. I have chosen to support BCCS, a local children's mental health charity, that provides vital mental health and emotional wellbeing support to children, young people and families in Essex and East London. You can read more about their work here: https://www.bccs.org.uk/who-we-are/

BCCS aims to identify challenges early on and offer continuous therapy to both children and the adults involved, ensuring they receive the support needed to address these issues effectively. They help thousands of children each year who are struggling with self-harm, anxiety, bullying, parental separation, bereavement, family issues, and various other challenges.

This year celebrates BCCS' 40th Anniversary. However, since the charity doesn't receive any statutory funding, it relies on donations to support its essential work. One significant way they raise money is through fundraising challenges, like the charity skydive I am undertaking.

If you are able, please sponsor my charity skydive, and help me to raise essential funds to ensure BCCS can continue providing crucial mental health services to children and young people.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.

Danielle
