Being newly pregnant with my first baby, I never previously experienced the worry and anxiety that comes with having a child. There are so many families that experience worry every second of each day after finding out their child is seriously ill and not expected to live to be an adult.

Claire House is my local children’s hospice and we are incredibly lucky to have a place that helps parents create wonderful experiences for their children, bringing back a sense of normality to family life. By providing specialist nursing care and emotional support, Claire House helps families smile again when life couldn’t get any tougher.
