At 4.30am on Sunday 25th June , I will be taking part in a 20 km Sunrise walk to raise funds for Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

I will pass Ham House, along the river Thames to Hampton court and through parts of Bushey and Richmond parks.

Shooting Star hospices care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families across Surrey and London.

They support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.

Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years, they are there to make every moment count.
