This time next week I will be embarking on a 400 (ish) mile bike ride around Wales to raise funds for the Elysium Memorial Foundation. This amazing charity is dedicated to building a memorial statue in honour of our veterans who have lost their lives to suicide, as well as provide support to those currently struggling.

With just one weeks planning and even less training, this will be my most challenging bike ride yet, but anyone who knows me knows I love a challenge. I hope to raise as much money as possible and spread vital awareness along the way. Any donation big or small is hugely appreciated!
