In January 2027, well be taking on one of the biggest challenges of our lives – climbing Mount Kilimanjaro , to raise money for The Lighthouse Charity, the charity that provides vital emotional, physical and financial support to construction workers and their families.

Through our company, RedRock Recruitment, we work closely with people across the construction industry every day. We’ve seen first-hand the pressures many workers face, from mental health struggles and financial hardship to the impact that injury or illness can have on individuals and their loved ones. The Lighthouse Charity is there when people need help most, offering life-changing support and ensuring that no construction worker or their family has to face difficult times alone.

Climbing Kilimanjaro is a huge personal challenge. Reaching 5,895 metres will test us physically and mentally, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges many people supported by The Lighthouse Charity face every day.
