On June 16th I’m taking part in the 2023 Wolverhampton to Aberdovey Bike Ride which is 103 miles across England and Wales.

I’ve decided to raise money for Spaniel Aid UK. This charity relive the suffering of dogs who are abandoned, stray or in need of care and attention. They provide and assist in the provision of rescuing, rehoming and fostering of these dogs by treating and caring for them where necessary.
