ELHT&Me is the official charity of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Burnley General Teaching Hospital's Lancashire Womens and Newborn Centre. I will be running the 2025 Adidas Manchester Marathon is support of Burnley NICU. Our friends Tori and Sean were supported by the NICU when their baby Finnick was born.

Finnick was born 3 months early at 27 weeks weighing 2lb 4oz. He spent 83 days in NICU. He was very poorly at 3 weeks old with Sepsis and we nearly lost him. The doctors and nurses were very quick to act and saved Finnick's life.

We were supported by the doctors and nurses who helped teach us how to care for such a tiny baby. We were still under the care of the community NICU team for 7 months after he was discharged from NICU on home oxygen.
