As you may be aware, I am a trustee of the Tommy Crush Foundation, a charity established in memory of an amazing young man.

Tommy died aged just 17, almost a year to the day of being diagnosed with depression.

A keen South London footballer and local referee, Tommy took his own life on 21st May 2018.

We established the foundation in his name with the aim to help raise awareness and prevent suicide amongst teenagers which continues to be a growing problem.

We now support the grassroots community by providing mental health first aid training.

Any donation you make will go towards increasing the number of organisations we can support, which in turn means more young people will have someone to talk to.
