On the 14th July in memory of a work colleague Lewis High, I will be taking part in the Swansea IronMan 70.3

YoungMinds is a charity close to both Lewis's family and Iscar UK's heart, supporting the well-being of young minds. In his memory, I will be raising funds for the charity to help support them in having a positive impact on the lives of young individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
