Story
On Friday 26th July, Claire and I met our two beautiful boys, Leo & Finley.
Leo had been diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, yet he fought and lived for 5 precious hours. He was a warrior and made us so proud. He is and always will be a hero to his mum, dad and to his twin brother, Fin.
In memory of Leo I will be rowing 125km on an indoor rowing machine.
1 in every 125 babies in the UK will be born with some form of congenital heart defect. I'm taking on the 125 challenge this October to raise vital funds to help support early detection, diagnosis, care & support of these special babies and their incredible families. Please help me, to help them.
Just £10 can offer vital support to a family who have received a diagnosis of CHD for their new baby.
£12 sends a pack of data sonography cards to assist with scanning.
£100 can help train a sonographer to better detect heart defects at the 20 week scan.
Every penny raised can make a huge difference to what we can achieve together.
Thank you for your support in making a better start for these tiny hearts. x
