Our boiler has finally given up! Sorry the church is so cold!!

We were planning to replace it as part of our larger rebuilding project and we were hoping it would 'limp on' til then but it was not to be!

There is no fix - believe us, we've checked, checked and checked again. The only solution now is replacement.

We want to replace it with a lasting and eco friendly option, which is unfortunately very expensive.

I've therefore amended my JG page as the vicar of St Andrews to reflect that part of the Building Appeal (if you've already given, this has been recorded as towards the entire building project - please be assured we are stewarding all donations very carefully).

We want to be a warm and welcoming church to our community and congregation and we want to do that with the lowest carbon footprint possible.

Throughout the week we provides a number of free, inclusive activities including a kids and adult choir, youth group, coffee mornings, brunches and warm welcome hubs.

These activities make our spiritual home a bastion against poverty and isolation.
