Story
I'm taking part in The Myton Hospices Skydive in June 2024.
2024 marks the year that Simon Whitley (my partners late husband), would have been 40 years old. I see the impact the loss of him has had on my partner, their two children and their family and friends first hand… and I also know how much of a difference Myton made to them in the final stages of Simon’s life.
As family and friends we are pledging to raise money to help the work in charities that have helped us before and since Simon’s death. If you would like to organise a fundraising event please speak to a member of the family.
Myton Hospice played a vital part during the last year of Simon’s life, and since has supported Lisa and the children.
Providing dedicated care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families, in their inpatient beds and in the community continues to be their primary focus, and they need to raise £10.5 million this year to do this.
They can't do it without the support of people like me and you!
