I'm joining the annual Seventy Nine Day Challenge for Spoons Neonatal Family Support charity! Run, walk, wheel, skate, lift your way to 79 days of activity.

Together with #Team79 I'm taking on a minimum of 20 minutes, every day, for 79 days, raising money to help families experiencing neonatal care.
