On Saturday 6th September we will take on a 24 mile trail across the Gower Peninsula.

This will be the longest walk I have ever (fingers crossed) completed.

I’ve chosen Marie Curie as my charity as they gave my Mum, Yvonne, excellent end of life care when she stayed at the hospice in Penarth.

I’m lucky that I’ll be attempting this challenge with 2 very good friends and between us we hope to raise over £750!!

All this money will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time. Beat the Trails for Marie Curie and help people get the best care possible, to the end.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of our hospices.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.
