Because I was due to do the 10th and last HALOW 250 ride for https://www.halowproject.org.uk/ and failed to even get to the start, as penance, I am doing the L'Étape du Tour https://www.letapedutourdefrance.com/en/ which is one leg of the Tour de France but open to amateurs.

Last year I didn't finish but I hope to complete the whole thing this year. Nearly 15,000ft of climbing. That's as high as Mont Blanc. 100 miles of road cycling. Wish me luck!
