As some of you may know I have always chosen to run for charities close to my heart.

For this London Landmarks half marathon I hope to smash through my target and raise as much money as I can for Dementia UK, so that they can continue vital research and support those families that are living with someone who has dementia or those that have lost someone.

I will be running this race in memory of a very special man, my sister's Father in Law Mr Hendricks.
