Story
I am setting myself the challenge of riding the Capital Trail to raise money for Tiny Changes. The Capital Trail is an offroad cycling route that starts and finishes in Edinburgh. It takes on some of the best trails that the Scottish boarders has to offer. It is 220km with 3366m of height gain, a route which is typically done over 3 days. However I am going to do it in 2.
When Rab Wardell passed away he was working closely with Tiny Changes, so I want to be able to do something in his memory and raise money for such an amazing charity.
I want to raise as much money as possible throughout the month of March because they are having a 'make Tiny Changes Month' to raise awareness of mental health.
Tiny Changes have huge ambitions to make a difference to peoples mental health no matter how small.
Please support me through this challenge to help this amazing charity which is so close to my heart!
